William Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham is Founder and CEO of Creative Investment Research, Inc., Blackcrowdfunding.net and MinorityFinance.com. He is the best selling author of The JOBS Act: Crowdfunding for Small Businesses and Startups, published by Apress Books. Mr. Cunningham is a highly requested expert on Crowdfunding. He educates and empowers audiences across the globe to better understand crowdfunding, it’s history, it’s future, and tells you how you may be able to benefit from this new tool.

Mr. Cunningham has been requested to speak at the country’s most well noted institutions such as Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the Harvard Business School. He has given talks on social investing in Finland, Switzerland, England, and Germany.

On June 18, 1998, in Federal Court, Mr. Cunningham opposed the Citibank/Travelers merger. On December 22, 2003 and February 6, 2006, William warned the SEC that statistical models he created signaled the possibility of system-wide economic and market failure. Bill graduated from Howard University with a BA in Economics. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree. He also holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago.
